Open Audit logs in the console to review your workspace’s administrative history. The history covers all projects in the selected workspace. Changing the project selector does not narrow it; changing the workspace selects that workspace’s history.

Read the history

The Events table starts with the newest entries: Choose Older to continue through earlier entries. Newest returns to the latest entries. Reference IDs help identify the affected resource even after it has been renamed, archived or removed.

Recorded changes

History includes workspace creation and settings, invitations and membership changes, projects, customer and Admin API keys, spending limits, billing credit changes and policy lifecycle changes. Administrative billing recovery also records when held credits are released or verified usage is settled, without exposing operator notes. Events describe committed changes. Repeating an already completed operation does not create another copy of that change. Routine API-key use and inference requests do not produce administrative events; use Activity for request usage and costs. History starts when audit recording is enabled. Earlier changes are not reconstructed from the current state. An existing workspace can therefore have an empty history until its next administrative change.

Access and data

Current workspace members can read this administrative metadata. Leaving or being removed ends access to the workspace’s audit history. The console provides no edit or delete action for recorded events. Records contain reference IDs and a limited set of operational values, such as changed field names, roles and credit amounts. They exclude prompts, model outputs, policy rule text, passwords, API-key secrets or hashes, invitation recipient emails, payment-method details and payment-provider credentials. Free-text resource names are not copied into audit records. Audit logs are separate from policy decision history and integration delivery. Recording an administrative event does not send it to an external destination.
